Greek Style Macaroni
3 cups cooked macaroni
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
15 oz. tomatoe sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups milk
Cook meat & onion. Add tomatoe sauce, salt, pepper, & cinnamon. Heat to boiling. In a 9x13 pan pour half the macaroni then all of the meat sauce, then the rest of the macaroni. Make cheese sauce: Beat eggs & cheese in a bowl. In sauce pan melt butter then stir in flour. Gradually add milk. Remove from heat. Take a small amount of the hot sauce and put into egg mixture, stirring quickly so it wont lump. Pour egg mixture into white sauce, again stirring fast to prevent lumping, then pour over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I'll have to try this recipe for dinner...sounds really good. Where did you get it?
By the way....Thank you for saying something to my husband about making money with his talents. I've been trying to tell him this for 4 years. I guess it takes hearing it from someone else to take it seriously. He's working in his shed today making a lamp to send with you to St. George. He said he will pay you if you sale it for him. Thank you!
