Our Special Day

On March 5, 2011 we were sealed together as a family in the St. George Temple.

What a very special day that was. One that none of us, I'm sure, will ever forget.

"Families can be together forever, thru Heavenly Father's plan..."

This picture of Granny and Azelin (above) and the one of Azelin and Ethan (below) are too precious not to share!!

This was such a wonderful, spiritual day. We are so greatful for temples and for eternal families. We are greatful that we have a loving family who drove over and flew in to be here with us. :) We are greatful for those of you who helped with the babysitting! And what a wonderful thing to have Grampa as our Sealer! We are so greatful that he was able to be our Sealer. We love you all very much!! We are greatful for this gospel. And how it has dramatically changed our lives for the better! Ryan and I have been back once since this special weekend to do a session. And we are so excited to go back and do more! When Ethan was in the temple nursery waiting for time to come in to the sealing, he told the ladies that he "has a temple reccomend right here in his pocket." :) So he told us when we went back to do a session, "I can go with you cuz I have a temple reccomend too, remember?" He is so cute. And Azelin is such a wonderful big sister! What a sweet girl she is! What a huge sense of relief to know that we are an eternal family. :)

Identity Crisis

Our kids are so silly! They had us rollin' on the floor. :)

Sprinkling Reindeer Food

We make Reindeer food with oats and glitter. The oats for them to eat and the glitter to sparkle on the lawn so that Santa is sure not to miss our house. :)

Another Christmas Eve tradition.

Christmas Eve Jammies

Gettin' ready to open...And...

Tah-Dah!
Thanks to my friend and co-worker Bridgette, and her family, my kids got these super cute jammies for our "new jammies on Christmas Eve tradition".

Can You Guys Believe They Were Ever This Small?

M.J. and Cali

YOWCH!!!

So, this happened about a year ago but I just came across the pictures so ya'll get to hear the story.
I have this huge battery powered cleaning tool. And Ethan decided to bash Azey over the head with it. For what reason we will never know. But it split her poor little head right open.

We had to take her to Insta-Care and have three staples put in her head.

Here they are waiting for the Doctor to come do the staples. See Azey's big smile? She had no clue what was coming... lol

Isnt She Adorable?

Look at all those curlers!
Too bad she gets sick of them being in before they have a chance to completely dry. That is why there is no after picture. We took the curlers out and her hair fell flat... :(
Oh-well. She looked cute enough like this.

Ethan LOVES trucks!!

In one of my older posts, Ethan had on a pair of high heels. No more worries though! He is definately all boy. :) He loves digging in the dirt and playing with his dump trucks.

When ever we go anywhere this boy can spot a tractor, truck, trailer, four wheeler, or anything of the sort from anywhere! Azelin and Iwould never notice them if it werent for him. :)

Just a funny story. When we ask Azelin what she wants for Christmas, she tells us "a barbie jeep!". Ethan heard her answer one day so then when we asked him what he wanted, he said, "a sweet baobie jeep wif sweet wheeos". lol He has finally decided that instead he wants "a big big big gun!".

Before!

Thats a nice toilet, huh? :)

We moved into this house a year ago. Before we moved in we had to gut everything but the bedrooms. We had to spray for black mold. And even rip out and replace a sheet rock in places! It was a mess!!!! As you can see.
BUT.....,,

And After!!! :) :) :)

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!!!

Seran Wrap Anyone?

One morning one of the girls I work with, Amber, and I got to work to see that EVERYTHING had been seran wrapped!
So, we broke out the razor knives and began cutting...

And cutting.....

And cutting.....

They remodeled our floor for us and so they wrapped everything so that it wouldnt get all dusty. We are thankful for that. But, man! If you ever need a professional seran wrapper- let me know and I will find the boys who did our salon!!!
